Eco Gym Toowoomba

Have you tried an ECO Gym for getting fit and helping the environment at the same time? Friends of the Escarpment Parks Toowoomba carry out bush regeneration activities each Saturday morning 9.30am till noon (weather pending) at Echo Valley South Park, Ramsay Street (next to Echo Valley Race Track). These activities will defiantly help improve your metabolism well as provide social contact with others that are also interested in doing something about fixing the environment that we live in. We are also looking for people with fitness backgrounds to develop specific training programs to suit the individuals and to match up the activities available.
